W3C passed the this theme as XHTML 1.0 Strict. TV agrees the theme is XHTML 1.0 Strict plus passes the theme as WCAG (WAI) A, AA, and AAA.

Cynthia Says the theme is US 508 compliant as far as a computer can check. TV agrees the theme is US 508. Wave did not detect accessibility errors.
