D-theme strives to make every page accessible to the extent that can be checked by validators including the W3C validator, Total Validator, Wave, and the other validators described on this site. There are hundreds of themes displayed on this site and complete human checking of every aspect of every theme would not be possible without a huge subsidy.

Checking by computer is practical and is performed in most cases when a new theme is added or an existing theme is updated. Some suggestions are passed to the theme developers.

You can perform your own validations on each page using the buttons on the page. You can comment on individual themes by registering and using the comment link on the page.

Text to audio is not attempted because screen readers do a better job. Audio will be attempted for the Captcha images when the underlying infrastructure gains a standard way of generating the audio.
